Postpartum care will look different for each family and most likely different for each visit. Everything will be customized to what you’re needing most in that moment.
All visits will begin with an initial check-in to see how you and baby are doing and how I might support you best.

Belly Binding $200
Our Belly Binding package includes a healing, ashwagandha postpartum salve specifically designed to bring healing and warmth back to your womb, and a Bengkung postpartum bind. I’ll teach you and/or your loved ones how to continue the bind at home.
The fabric I use for binding is hand measured and cut, organic, and unbleached. The edges are not hemmed, but if you'd prefer a roll of hemmed fabric, they are available for an additional $30.
